About the Project & Lease Parameters

This private gated- community project was designed and constructed specifically for H2A/ Agricultural housing use.  This project is one of the multiple Avila Construction built projects in the Salinas Valley which are regarded as the "gold standard" of agricultural housing. This project is leased to Agricultural Employers/ Labor Brokers sponsoring H2A Employees.

Each apartment unit houses a maximum of 8 H2A employees. Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen (2 refrigerators per unit) and small living room.  Residents enjoy in- unit smart TVs, appropriately sized laundry rooms (15 washers and 15 driers  per approximately 30 units), recreation room (coming in Spring 2022!), half court basketball court, and picnic table areas. The site has an extensive security camera network in the outdoor and common (laundry, recreation) spaces for maximum resident safety.
