Unit Interiors

Unit interiors feature high quality and durable materials throughout. Solid wood cabinets, solid surface counter tops, and university grade furniture make the units feel like home.

The site is designed to facilitate easy loading and unloading from company vans and buses. At full build out, the parking lots will form a full loop to facilitate bus circulation. There will be two easy right hand turn options for exiting the site; currently, there is one right hand turn exit.

The site is located across the street from Starbucks, a gas station/ mini mart, and Carls Junior.  A grocery store and other services are within walking distance.

The site has an extensive security camera network to ensure resident safety. The site is fully fenced with code- operated driveway gates.

The complex is equipped with 15 washers and 15 driers for each (approximately) 30 units. H2A compliant laundry basins in the correct ratios are also provided.

A recreation, which will feature televisions and game tables, is currently under construction and set to be complete in Spring 2022.

A half court basketball area and picnic tables with trellises are provided for outdoor recreation.
